Shipping & Returns
Most of our products are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on most products for orders totaling over $49 within the 48 Contiguous United States. This offer does NOT apply to a small percentage of items, including but not limited to over sized, heavy, frozen, highly discounted, products in glass containers, and/or drop-shipped items. In some cases we may use other carriers to insure the best and fastest service possible. In most cases, we process and ship your package(s) within 24 hours of receiving your order (Monday through Friday).
Within the 48 contiguous United States, you can expect delivery from 2 to 5 business days after placing your order
Receipts and Tracking Numbers: You’ll receive a receipt from us via email after you place your order. If you don’t receive the email after you successfully place and order please check your Spam or Junk mail folders and tell your e-mail program not to send email from SimplyNutrients.com to the junk folder.
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number via email. The tracking number will not display any data for up to 24 hours but please be assured your package is in transit. This delay is caused by UPS as they take time to update their system to reflect the location of the package once they receive it from our warehouse.
We offer expedited shipping on orders. Please call us at 612-293-6805 or email us with what you want to order and the address it’s going to and we’ll provide you a quote on what expedited shipping would be. Due to the complexity of expedited shipping we have members of our customer service team handle these requests personally to make sure you receive the product on time and for the most cost effective shipping cost.
As UPS does not deliver on the weekend, some probiotic orders may be held until Monday for shipping so that orders don't get stuck in a UPS warehouse for the weekend during times where certain parts of the country experience extreme heat. We are committed to ensuring you receive your probiotics without the probiotic being compromised by excessive heat. Thank you for your understanding.
Probiotics requiring refrigeration will be shipped with ice packs as a standard from early May to early October. During other months of year, due to mild weather, ice packs are not required. Probiotics need to reach an internal temperature of 122 degrees for over 48 hours before they are compromised.
If you would like your items to be shipped with ice packs from the months of November to April, please indicate that on your order form. Ice packs, on request, are $2.50 per order and we will charge your credit card on file when the order ships.
Shipping Addresses: Additional charges may be applied if the delivery address you provide is incorrect or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location due to an error in communicating the information to us. Don't forget those apartment, suite and unit numbers and your daytime telephone number. We cannot be responsible for problems your order may encounter due to inaccuracies in the information you provide. Please be precise in the Shopping Cart!
Failure of you to receive, miss the delivery of, or refusal to accept your shipment does not relieve you from the shipping/handling incurred by your order and may not relieve you from the cost of the products shipped.
Back Orders: In the rare event that a popular item is out-of-stock, or shipping must be delayed, we will place your order on 'temporary back-order status' and email you with the projected shipping date. Once we have received the back-ordered item(s), we will email you with notification that your order has shipped. You will be able to determine your order status at any time, including any notifications of back orders and shipping delays, by accessing your "order status" page through the link provided on the confirmation email sent to you at the time the order was placed.
If your order contains multiple items one of which is back ordered we will ship the items that are available and ask you if you want to wait or cancel either the whole order or just cancel the product(s) that were back ordered. We will ship out the backordered items to you when they are in stock with no additional shipping charges to you.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if your order is delayed or if items are back-ordered assuming we have shipped out other items in your order. For orders where all products are cancelled you will receive a complete refund.
If there is a defect we will do everything we can to remedy the problem. Please contact us right away and we will work to get a new product out to you promptly.
Returning Unused Products:
Should you choose to return a new, unopened, product(s) able to be resold, you are entitled to a full refund, less shipping fees and subject to a 15% restocking fee ... if they are returned with 30 days of purchase.
To return a product for a refund - assuming it is in new, unopened, and in condition to be resold please contact us first for a return authorization number. Once you have that number please send it to:

Please include your name, address, original invoice number, RMA number and the packing slip that came in the box. Please contact us via e-mail to obtain approval for the refund and the return ID number. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return ID number
Returning Used Products: We cannot (& do not) accept returns on items that have been opened, used or have their safety seals broken provide the item is not defective. If the product is defective we will work with you to replace it right away. For all other situations we will do our best to work with you but a good general rule is: if you open it - you own it.
Other Important Returns Information: Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of refund. All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee - this will be deducted from the total amount of refund. Refunds will be sent to you in the form of a company check or credit card refund at our discretion. We strongly recommend that you ship the return to us by a safe, trackable shipping method such as UPS– we must receive your return in order to issue a refund.

1 On a small percentage of items, their weight, bulk and/or special qualities (i.e. drop shipment, need for refrigeration, or highly discounted pricing) requires a slightly higher shipping amount and/or different delivery method. If this is the case, it will be prominently noted on that product's web page and you will see that also clearly reflected in our Shopping Cart.
In these cases, the $4.95 Standard Shipping Charge & "Shipping Free Over $49 Offer" do NOT apply.
2 Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or US Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that orders to these destinations may require special processing and shipping. The shipping fee and estimated transit time for orders to these destinations will be calculated automatically in our Shopping cart.

4 Expedited service to Hawaii, Alaska, other U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses is not always possible (depending upon your actual geographic location). If expedited service is possible to your location, you'll see that option available in our Shopping Cart. Please note that orders to these destinations may require special processing and shipping. The shipping fee and estimated transit time for orders to these destinations will be calculated automatically in our Shopping cart.
Military Personnel: Due to current world events, our delivery partners inform us to expect some packages to take up to 8 weeks for delivery to certain "hazardous zone" APO/FPO U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.
