Other Ingredients:Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, natural and artificial flavor, modified starch, microcrystalline, cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, glycerol, polysorbate 80, propylene glycol, arabic gum, sucralose, glyceryl monostearate.

Recommendations: Place one strip on tongue, puse strip to roof of mouth and allow 3 to 5 minutes to dissolve. Do not swallow strip or drink. For best results take one strip upon waking, one strip two hours after dinner and one strip at bedtime. Do not take more than six strips per day.
