Recommended Use:
Insert a finger into the bottle, and press against the powder. Approximately 33 mg (1 billion viable cells) will naturally adhere to the finger end. Allow the infant to suckle the powder. Repeat three times daily. Alternatively, the powder can be added to expressed breast milk or formula milk at a dosage of 100 mg per day.
Contra-indications: None known if recommended intake is followed.
