Provides: 20,000 ppm (10 mg) cysteine sulfoxides, including allicin, which when ingested releases 9,000 ppm (4.5 mg) antimicrobial activity as total thiosulfonates, including allicin.

Other Ingredients: Cellulose, silica, and vegetable magnesium stearate.

Recommended Use:
One capsule taken twice daily with meals, or as professionally directed.
